Small Grant Letter of Inquiry
Temporary Procedures in Reponse to COVID-19
As a result of COVID-19 and the stay at home order by Governor Pritzker and Mayor Lightfoot, The Elizabeth Morse Charitable Trust (“The Trust”) staff will be working remotely until the restriction ends.
If an applicant is interested in submitting a Letter of Inquiry, please follow the Guidelines for Submitting a Letter of Inquiry to The Trust as directed on
Application Procedures
; with regard to delivering the Letter of Inquiry, on a temporary basis and until further notice, applicants have the option of either: mailing or delivering a hard copy to The Trust’s office; or emailing the document as a Word or PDF version to

with copy to

The Trust’s staff will confirm receipt of Letters of Inquiry. Applicants can expect to receive a decision within one to two months following receipt by The Trust of the Letter of Inquiry.
